Happy Monday Fam,
Our ski trips got rained out this past weekend (snow melts, refreezes and turns to ice or slush; not worth paying for that).
Our hike was awesome tho. All the snow melt and rain turned the whole trail muddy and it was dope. Let’s hope we get similar conditions this weekend. (I wouldn’t mind snow, tho 😅 ).
Either way, snow or no snow, I’m getting you outside.
See you out there fam!

It’s rough out there in the job market. So I want to give a shout out to Ann and anyone else who survived holiday layoffs and other assorted company “reorgs”. Survivor’s guilt sucks. So, ask for more pay. Especially if you’re the last person standing and you’re now doing all the work. F_ck ‘em, they can fire you too if they don’t pay you right.
April had a baby! The most adorable baby girl in Brooklyn was born this past October (shout out to Travis!) Without exaggerating, April’s experience leading up to and after her daughter being born was absolutely harrowing, like a crazy Netflix special. But despite everything, she still managed to bring her friends and family together for a Coney Island polar plunge on her birthday on Jan 1. All moms deserve big props. But April is my new hero. Give her a shout out in the Whatsapp if you see this @princess_polarbear87
